My yoga journey started 2008 and I teach yoga from 2021.
I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, ashtanga vinyasa and yin yoga at the studio or at the beach.
Im focused on women’s health and ayurveda assistant and also Im running my own retreat.
My classes are private, focused on each person needs or in small groups of people focus on holistic way of healing, through asana, pranayama, Ayurvedic diet and philosophy.
